Listing Properties
If you post real estate listings to Housebounce.com, as the owner or agent of that property, you must intend to sell the property. Please do not post any properties to the site that are not truly for sale.

By posting a property to the site, you are claiming to be an owner or authorized agent of the property and that you have the authority to promote the property. To list properties of which you are not he owner or agent is expressly prohibited and may be punishable by law.

When listing properties you agree to post truthful and accurate information to the best of your knowledge.

Housebounce.com reserves the right to remove listings that are believed to contain false or misleading information.

Images
By registering with Housebounce.com you agree that any images you post for a property are in fact actual photos of that property. Housebounce.com reserves the right to remove listings that contain inaccurate, false, or inappropriate images.

Promotions
Housebounce.com is a free service and is supported through the sale of advertising and other promotional efforts. By registering with Housebounce.com you agree to receive promotional mailings from Housebounce.com partners and to receive up to, but no more than three promotional emails each month.

Housebounce.com will not share your contact information or email address with third parties. All promotions are handled by Housebounce.com on behalf of our partners without sharing mailing list information.

You should never receive phone calls from Housebounce.com partners unless you specifically request it.

If you wish to be taken off these mailing lists you must de-activate your account. To do this, please send an email to cancel@Housebounce.com. Be sure to include your full name and mailing address with your request. Your account will be de-activated and you will not receive any additional promotional materials from Housebounce.com partners.

Housebounce.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, which will immediately apply to all existing registered members. You will be notified via email if changes to the registration terms have been made.

Watchlist Emails
One of the features of the Housebounce.com service is a watchlist that allows users to create a list of properties they are interested in for easy future reference. If you post a property to Housebounce.com and a user adds that property to his/her watchlist, you will be notified of this via email. This feature helps keep you informed about the activity on your listing and it can not be turned off. By registering and posting properties to Housebounce.com you acknowledge this and agree to receive such emails.

To stop these watchlist notification emails from being sent to you, you can either remove all of your active listings, or email Housebounce.com at cancel@Housebounce.com to cancel your account.

Property Updated Emails
If you add properties you are interested in to your watchlist, any time a change is made to those properties you will be notified via email. If a price is changed, a house is sold, or any other information is updated, you will be notified instantly. This feature can not be turned off.

To stop property update emails from being sent to you, you can either remove all of the listings on your watchlist, or email Housebounce.com at cancel@Housebounce.com to cancel your account.

Housebounce.com reserves the right to cancel any users account for any reason at any time.
